A fun, creative summer awaits! Join Made Institute’s Fashion Summer Camp, where we’ll explore trends, create mood boards, sketch designs, and learn how to sew. Hands-on projects and style talks will bring your ideas and one-of-a-kind outfits to life.
A two-week fashion day camp for kids! With guidance from our caring instructors and hands-on projects, kids will learn how to transform their creative ideas into reality. They’ll make mood boards, sketch, sew, and finish the camp with a mini portfolio, professional photoshoot, and their own unique outfits and designs.* For kids ages 7-12.

This two-week fashion day camp offers a mix of quality industry techniques and engaging projects. Designed specifically for teens, we’ll cover mood boards, fashion research and trends, illustration, design, and sewing techniques from beginner to advanced levels. Participants will finish the camp with fashion portfolios, a styled photoshoot by a professional photographer, and handcrafted garments that are one-of-a-kind.* For teens ages 13-17.

Summer camp is designed for creative kids and teens seeking an immersive, condensed summer program to help develop skills and build relationships.

Absolutely! Summer Camps are designed for all experience levels; the only thing you or your child needs is a curious mindset and a willingness to learn, grow, and share your/their creativity. We’ll explore many topics related to fashion, art, and design, and help you or your child feel comfortable exploring and making.

Please arrive no earlier than 15 minutes before class starts.

Yes! Once we help create your/your child’s portfolio, we can connect you/them with our network of creatives, fashion designers, and brands. Ask your/your child’s instructor for suggestions on which brands match your/their style.

You can either pay for the Summer Camp in full or sign up for a payment plan at checkout. We additionally have a partnership with Ellis Trust for Girls. Check to see if your teen is eligible.

Yes, we offer weekly After School and Weekend Sewing classes for kids and teens. These classes are designed for those who want to develop their portfolio and creative skills.

We invite parents, guardians, and friends to visit and chat with our staff. We kindly request that anyone not enrolled wait outside of Made at a location of their choice until class ends. Made Institute’s West Philly location is close to many cafes and the charming Clark Park, making it a great place to pass the time.

If you cancel your order by the original registration deadline, you will receive a full refund. If you cancel after this deadline but before the first class begins, you will receive a 50% refund. However, no refund will be provided for cancellations on or after the first day of class.
