Join us for an informal and fun day of sketching with Philly/NYC designer, Kurt Souder. In this workshop, you will learn and/or refresh yourselves on the proportions of the ‘Fashion Figure’ with live model illustrations, and move forward with how to hand render different printed textiles and textures.
No drawing experience required!

In this workshop students will learn:

-Basic sketching techniques

-Poses, composition, & page layouts

-Proportions of the ‘Fashion Figure’

-How to cultivate motifs on paper inspired by example fabrics i.e. hand rendering fabrics to display to clients
